the Kobuk 440 webpage is almost worhtless. there is only the race rules, no checkpoint info or course information.
Yes, it is lacking...which is why there is contact info on this post.
The Kobuk 440 website appears to be up now. Nothing Like waiting until the last minute. It has a map of the route, musher bio's and says it will have updates.
thank you for posting. i am from ambler and will be thinking of all the stay up nights(just to watch and support the mushers). a few years back. i had sent a rough draft of how ambler search and resque members can acumulate monies to have incase of an emergency.a spring carnival would be fun to go to ambler to watch the mushers come in from kiana, and leave to selawik. something to think about.thank you for keeping us informed, on this site.
