Superstorm

.

That's what the National weather service is calling it. You can see the text of the storm warning **here**. We get quite a few gnarly storms here in the winter, but they are saying that this is the biggest storm in this region since 1974. It's just now starting to some into Kotzebue. The winds are picking up and are 41-54mph now. They are expecting winds to 70mph or more. Time will tell.

I will try and take some photos and video during the storm but I won't be able to post the videos until later. My internet at home is too slow for uploading video. My plans for this storm are to read my book, watch some tv, sleep in, and bake some banana bread.
